Do you provide charitable donations?
We are here to support you and your mission not just in word but in action.  We would love to sell our products at your event, in doing so we will give back a percentage of proceeds generated at your event to the cause of your choice.  Please note we do not issue monetary donations but we strive to release apparel with special edition designs on  regular basis to raise funds for causes in line with our mission.  CLICK HERE to learn more about our mission!
Do you have a physical location where I can see your products in person?
We are currently an online store only with all of our products available on this website.
 
How do I place a custom order?

We have suspended our custom services to focus on our mission.  Existing customers with re-order requests can contact us at info@blueclothingco.com to request a custom project re-order.



What are your Payment & Shipping options?

We accept major credit cards and Paypal at checkout. 

 

We offer FREE standard shipping to the US for all customers sitewide and we now offer hassle free returns (see below).  You will be notified via email when your order ships and a tracking number will be provided. Please be advised that due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays with our shipping carriers (USPS or UPS).  Once an order is turned over to a shipping carrier we can not control the time it takes for the carrier to finalize delivery.  Delivery delays can be addressed by contacting the carrier used for your order and providing the order tracking number.  If you suspect your package was lost during transit; please contact us at info@blueclothingco.com so we can assist with investigating the matter.  Thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time.

 

We do not have a pick up location for online orders.

How do your products fit?

There is no universal description for how our products fit, we recommend you review our size charts before you purchase to ensure your expectations are met.  CLICK HERE to review the size charts for our products.

How do I exchange or return and Item?

Unfortunately we do not process Exchanges but we do offer Hassle Free Returns.  If you would like a different size item simply complete a return request and purchase the new size on our website.  CLICK HERE to learn more and start a return.
